Privacy policy

Adgence is a research service that connects AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to live advertising and customer data. Adgence is operated by Aicha Ventures LLC, 30 N. Gould St. #61143, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and your workspace and team members.
• What you do in Adgence: the questions and tool requests sent to Adgence, the searches and collections they create, the boards, files and notes you save, the competitors, stores and topics you track, and your credit balance and usage.
• Files you upload to boards, such as images, documents and videos.
• Connected ad accounts: if you connect a Meta or TikTok ad account, we access the campaigns, ad sets, ads, results, review status and ad comments of the accounts you choose, to answer your questions and make the changes you approve.
• Payment details: payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive your billing name, country, plan and payment status, but never your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and logs of requests and errors, used to run and secure the service.
• Messages you send us, such as support emails.

At your request, Adgence collects information that is publicly available on other sites: ads in public ad libraries, public comments, reviews and posts, public videos and their captions, and public store catalogs. This can include the public username of the person who wrote a comment or review.

We collect it only to answer the research you ask for, keep it in your workspace, and do not use it to build profiles of individual people, contact them, or sell it. If you believe public content about you is held in Adgence and want it removed, email privacy@[your-domain].

• To provide Adgence: run the tools you ask for, show results, save your work and keep track of credits.
• To operate your connected ad accounts, only for the actions you ask for. Every change is shown to you first and only runs after you confirm it.
• To bill you, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service secure.
• To send service emails, such as account notices, receipts and the alerts you set up. We send marketing emails only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To fix problems and improve Adgence, using usage logs and error reports.

Adgence is used from AI assistants you choose, such as Claude or ChatGPT. What you write in those assistants, and the results Adgence sends back to them, are also processed by those companies under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some Adgence features use AI models on our side, for example to analyse an ad or group comments into themes. For these we send the needed content to AI providers (Anthropic, and model routing through OpenRouter) under their business API terms. We do not use your data to train AI models.

• We use data from your connected Meta and TikTok ad accounts only to provide the features you use in Adgence.
• We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except with the service providers needed to run Adgence.
• Connections are made through an ad-platform connection provider that holds the access tokens on our behalf.
• You can disconnect an ad account at any time in your account’s Ad accounts page, or by removing the app from your Facebook or TikTok business settings. To have the data deleted, see Delete your data.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Adgence, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Hosting and databases: our cloud hosting provider.
• Payments: Stripe.
• Email: Resend, to send service emails.
• AI processing: Anthropic and OpenRouter (see AI processing).
• Data collection: providers that fetch public pages, ad libraries and videos on our behalf.
• Ad-account connections: the provider that connects your Meta and TikTok accounts.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

• Your account and workspace content (research, boards, files, tracking): for as long as your account is open, until you delete it.
• Sign-in sessions: up to 30 days.
• Cached copies of public media (ad images and videos): for a limited time, then removed.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Logs: for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To use these rights, email privacy@[your-domain] from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days. We never discriminate against you for using them.

Adgence uses only two cookies, both needed for the service to work: one keeps you signed in, and one remembers which workspace you have open. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access tokens, access limited to the people who need it, and permission checks on every request. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Adgence is a business tool for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will tell you by email or in the product before they take effect.
